In this episode I travel to Cleveland, Ohio to visit with Shaun Yasaki at Noble Beast Brewing. We discuss how he got started in craft beer. He talks about how working at Fat Heads Brewing Co., Platform Brewing Co., and Market Garden Brewing Co. helped him gain experience on his was to opening Noble Beast Brewing in 2017. We also discuss how he has been able to pivot their business model in order to survive the Covid-19 pandemic. While we chatted we also enjoyed some great beer from Noble Beast including a Bohemian Pilsner, an American IPA, and fantastic English Barleywine.
